Mayoral Parachute Jump!

Four volunteers will be doing a parachute jump to raise funds for the Douglas McMinn Centre and they would love your support! Bucks Examiner reporter Camilla, the Town Mayor's wife Trudy, Police Officer Hailey and PCSO Les will be making the leap on April Fool's Day and are looking for sponsors. The money raised will go to the Mayor Derek Lacey's charity, which is the town centre based Douglas McMinn Centre. The centre provides day care facilities for the town's elderly and is facing an uncertain future following funding cuts.

Any donation, no matter how large or small, would be welcome. To sponsor these brave volunteers, call Derek Lacey on 771508 or the Town Hall on 774842. Cheque's can be made payable to the 'Chesham Mayor's Charity Account' and sent to the Town Hall at Chesham Town Hall, Chesham, HP5 1DS. Please attach a note to explain that this is in support of the parachute jump.
