Anyone use a gym locally or attend exercise classes? If so what do you think of it? What is your favourite class?

I think swimming is one of the best forms of exercise (although not all that appealing in the winter!) and I go to the leisure centre. I try to do at least 30 minutes. I like aquacise too but these classes are often during the day. Do you know if there are any aquacise classes locally in the evening?

I've heard Zumba is the new best thing - dance combined with aerobics, kickboxing and a little bit of everything really! Sounds fun - the kind of exercise you don't really notice how hard you're working until the next day which is what I need! Anyone been and know details and where they do it?

Hi! I run Vivre Fitness - we welcome all ages, shapes and sizes at our classes and our aim is to make getting fitter and healthier fun and achievable. We are a fairly new little venture but our lovely members make our classes something special. We have a variety of classes from Aerobitone (half bopping about getting a bit sweaty and half toning) to Core Ball and from Bootcamp to Stretch. Feel free to visit our website - http://tinyurl.com/4c2bmav - or just buzz me, Heather on 07812 078401 for any more info. Healthy regards, Heather xxx
